Order and Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will recieve another notification when your order has been dispatched.
During peak times, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demands.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at check out based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery dates are as per selected courier and delivery.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
Items Not Available for Delivery
Some items may be marked as "Special Delivery" due to size or weight.
These items can not be delivered to all areas and are generally capped within 50km radius of warehouse location.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
